Character Customizer - Series of 5 Silkscreen monoprints, 11 in by 11 in, 2025
This series utilizes the ability to repeat a design multiple times in different colors, locations, and orientations. The base character is modified, accessorized, and reworked. The characters become unique elements that take on a life of their own. The base face becomes a suggestion for the personality that each layered element can add. The final piece was made to add some variety, breaking the conventions of both print and the 4 previous prints.
Cluttered -Silkscreen prints, 8 in by 12 in, 2025
When creating these pieces, I wanted to utilize found media that conveyed the clutter and frustration. These doodles were the perfect edition, representing the scattered and restless mind. The work makes a consistent layer that fills and crowds the figure.
0.5 Yearbook - Silkscreen Zine, 4.5 in by 28 in, 2025
This Zine was made for my intro to silkscreen course. The zine is often utilized as a way to mimic narrative book styles. I thought about other books I could take inspiration from and settled on the yearbook. The photos are humorous, and the doodles add a personal touch. The final page alludes to the deeper connections this book represents and the social powers of art as a whole.
